Data Deletion Request

App: AI Disruption Index  |  Developer: KheniTech  |  Last updated: May 19, 2026

Summary: AI Disruption Index does not require an account and does not store the job descriptions or skills you enter. The only data that persists beyond your session is anonymous analytics. If you would like that analytics data deleted, contact us using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@khenitech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - AI Disruption Index".
  2. Include in the email body:
    • The approximate date(s) you used the app, so we can locate the relevant analytics events
    • (Optional but helpful) Your Firebase Analytics App Instance ID if you know it — most users won't have this and that's fine
    • The country/region you used the app from
  3. We will respond within 7 business days confirming the deletion has been processed via Google's Firebase Analytics user deletion API.

What Data is Deleted vs. Kept

Data type What we do Retention
Job descriptions you enter Sent to OpenAI for AI analysis, then discarded. Not stored. Already deleted by the time you finish using the app.
Skills you enter Sent to OpenAI for recommendations, then discarded. Not stored. Already deleted by the time you finish using the app.
Firebase Analytics events (job_analyzed, skills_submitted, etc.) Deleted on request via the steps above. Default: 14 months automatic retention by Firebase. We can request earlier device-level deletion via Google's API on your request.
Coarse location (country/region from IP, collected by Firebase Analytics) Deleted as part of the Firebase Analytics deletion above. Same as analytics events: 14 months default, on-request earlier.
Personal account data (name, email, phone, etc.) Not applicable — we do not collect any of this. N/A — never collected, nothing to delete.

What We Cannot Delete

Because we do not create user accounts or store your inputs, there is nothing tied to you personally that requires deletion. The Firebase Analytics events we collect are aggregate behavioral signals (event names, timestamps, anonymized device identifiers, coarse location) — we can ask Google to delete these on your behalf, but we cannot delete data that already exists in aggregated reports or anonymized warehouses where individual-level deletion is no longer possible.
